O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the third respondent to give compensation under Section 20 of RTI Act, 2005 and furnish information sought by the petitioner based on the petitioner's RTI letter dated 16.08.2017. 2.After notice, the matter was taken up for further hearing today. Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that in pursuant to the filing of the writ petition, an order is passed by the first respondent on 10.01.2019, disposing the second appeal filed by the petitioner. She has also produced copy of the said order. In view of the above stated facts and circumstances, this Court finds that nothing survives in the writ petition to be adjudicated upon further. If the petitioner is still having any further grievance, it is open to him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law by way of a separate proceedings. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
