ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.A.No.44 of 2018, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.6, Coimbatore.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners raised various factual issues. This Court cannot go into these factual issues, while exercising its Jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. The petitioners can raise all these grounds before the Court below in the course of the proceedings. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners requested that the presence of the second petitioner shall be dispensed with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the Court below. The presence of the second petitioner shall be dispensed with and she shall be represented by the counsel before the Court below.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
