Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the respondent bearing Na.Ka.5644/2017/Saba2 and dated 06.04.2018 and quash the same. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the respondent under Sec.36 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act (hereinafter called as 'Act') disqualifying the petitioner.

Against the order of disqualification, an appeal remedy is provided under Sec.152(2) (a)(v) of the Act. Without availing the alternative remedy, he cannot maintain the Writ Petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondent before the appropriate forum. In the result, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. The Registry is directed to return the original order filed in the Writ Petition.
