O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent and his subordinates not to interfere with the civil dispute among the petitioner and the respondents 4 & 5 in respect of the property situated at No.14/8, Lloyds Road, P.M.Darga, 4th Street, Chennai - 600 005. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that proceedings are pending between the petitioner and respondents 4 & 5 in A.S.No.544 of 2018 before this Court. While so, the third respondent is interfering with the private dispute between the parties and harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that a complaint was given in CSR.No.599 of 2018 and the same has already been enquired and closed by the third respondent.

4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the third respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondents 4 & 5 and relegate the parties to work out their remedy in the pending appeal in A.S.No.544 of 2018.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
