Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to disburse the compensation amount to the unsold plots bearing Nos.37 and 38 and gifted common public areas to an extent of 81,166 sq.ft in Gayathri Layout, Palnallur Village along with 9% penal interest, Solatium and 12% additional market value and with considering petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2018.

This petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to disburse the compensation amount to the unsold plots bearing Nos.37 and 38 and gifted common public areas to an extent of 81,166 sq.ft in Gayathri Layout, Palnallur Village, along with 9% penal interest, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Solatium and 12% additional market value and consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2018.

2. Heard Ms.Greetha Senthilkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Muthusamy, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2018, the 3rd respondent herein is directed to consider the representation after conducting the enquiry and give an opportunity to hear the petitioner and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
