2.

It is seen from the records that the petitioner is aggrieved by the denial of patta in favour of the petitioner by the Revenue Authorities. The petitioner wants to conduct an agitation for this purpose.

3.

This Court is of the considered view that the petitioner has to workout his remedy only before the Competent authority / Court for the purpose of getting patta. The petitioner cannot be permitted to conduct an agitation to redress a private issue. The respondent police has rightly rejected the application seeking for permission to conduct the agitation.

4.

This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the order passed by the third respondent police. 5.

In the result, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
