O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking direction to the respondents to dispose the petitioners representation dated 07.11.2018.

2. The petitioner applied for the post of Panchayat Secretary in Reddiyur panchayat and she attended the interview for the said post on 15.05.2018 and thereafter no orders have been passed. The petitioner claims that she attended the interview with all original certificates and the valid employment registration and for the reasons best known to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent, she did not receive any update after the interview. Hence, she has filed this writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. This Court is of the view that when interview is conducted for a particular posts and the certificates of the candidates are verified, it is prudent on the part of the respondents to conclude the same within a reasonable time and pass final orders.

5. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2018 and pass orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
