O R D E R

This civil revision petition is filed to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 07.07.2017 passed in I.A.No.9692 of 2016 in O.S.No.1351 of 2017 on the file of the XVI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. During the pendency of this petition, it appears that the parties have settled their issues amicably. Therefore, they filed a Joint Memo of Compromise dated 12.06.2024. The Joint Memo of Compromise was signed by the respective parties in the presence of their counsels and was taken on file and record.

3. Learned counsels appearing on either side submitted that the matter has been settled and have produced a copy of the Mediation Report dated 18.06.2024. The mediation agreement shall form part of records. Learned counsels further submitted that the suit in O.S.No.1351 of 2017 has been decreed by the XVI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, as per the Joint Memo of Compromise entered between the parties. 2/4

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this civil revision petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
