This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.508 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the investigation has already been completed and a final report will be filed within a short time.

3. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation at this stage.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
