This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner pertaining to the Plot No.96, Survey No.123/1, Velachery, Lakshmipuram.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was allotted Plot No.96 under Lakshmipuram Allotment Scheme in the year 1997 and even after the payment of the entire amount, no sale deed has been executed in favour of the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed with the aforesaid prayer.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that as on date, a sum of Rs.11,81,645/- (Rupees Eleven Lakhs Eighty One Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Five only) has to be paid by the petitioner. If the said amount is paid by the petitioner within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court, the sale deed will be executed in favour of the petitioner.
4. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the entire amount of Rs.11,81,645/- (Rupees Eleven Lakhs Eighty One Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Five only) will be paid within a period of three weeks.
5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, directs the petitioner to pay the entire amount of Rs.11,81,645/- (Rupees Eleven Lakhs Eighty One Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Five only) to the respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of payment, the respondent shall execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such payment.
7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
