Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating impugned orders in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.R1/00245/2017, dated 08.03.2018 on file the third respondent as well as in Se.Mu.No./A1/362/2017, dated 20/11/2017, on the file of second respondent by confirming the order of termination passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/515/2015, dated 20/10/2017 and quash the same, consequently, direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential monitory and service benefits.
