This Writ Petition has been filed, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2018 and further direct the third respondent to give educational loan to petitioner's daughter named Sarumathi, pursuing B.Sc (Nursing) first year. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.This Writ Petition has been filed in the year 2018, seeking direction to the third respondent for the sanction of educational loan to petitioner's daughter. The learned counsel for the petitioner argued to sanction the loan to the petitioner's daughter for her first year course, by the respondent. By this time, the petitioner's daughter is pursuing final year. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner argued for the sanction of loan for the first year course, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation to the respondents if the petitioner's daughter requires loan for final year or for previous years.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
