ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai-15, to conclude the trial in C.C.No.2506/2014 within the stipulated time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. It is seen from records that Final Report was filed by the respondent police on 16.04.2014 and the same has been taken on file by the 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai in C.C.No.2506 of 2014. Thereafter the case is being adjourned time and again and the trial itself has not effectively started in this case.

3. Taking into consideration the facts of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned 23rd Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai-600 015, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.2506 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
