..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to 1st respondent's G.O. (4D) No.8 Social Welfare and Family Health (F2) Department dated 31.7.2008 to QUASH the same in so far as Paragraph-6 (ii) is concerned and to consequently direct the respondents to alter/modify the said G.O. by regularizing the services of the petitioner with effect from 1994, instead of the date of the said G.O, and to extend all consequential benefits both services and monetary, including pension etc. 1/4

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the services of the writ petitioner has already been regularised in G.O.(4D)No.8 dated 31.07.2008. However, the benefit of regularisation was granted from the date of the Government Order instead of granting from the date of initial appointment of the petitioner.

2. In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that a revised proposal has already been submitted to the Government for appropriate orders.

3. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the matter before the Government for appropriate orders. With these observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
