ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for police protection in order to run the petitioner's Fish Trade.
2.It is seen that there is already a civil dispute between the parties. An interim order has also been passed by this Court in the pending suit.
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of the orders passed by this Court, the landlord namely, Suresh Babu and the son of Ramesh Babu are creating disturbances and preventing the Society members to carry on with the business peacefully.
4.If there is any violation of the orders passed by this Court, the petitioner has to file an appropriate petition to initiate contempt proceedings against the concerned persons. The petitioner is also entitled to seek for police protection in the pending suit. The petitioner cannot maintain an independent petition before this Court seeking for police protection. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to workout its remedy in the pending suit.
