Respondents PRAYER in W.P.No.441 of 2019: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, prays to issue a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus,calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent in PR No. 13/A2 / 2015 dated 29.9.2016 and order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceeding in R.C.No.199919/AP 2(3) / 2016 dated 4.7.2017 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to award all service and monetary benefits to the petitioner within time stipulated by this court.

PRAYER in W.P.No.444 of 2019: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, prays to issue a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent in Tha.Pa.No. F2/163 / 2015 Rule 3(a) dated 16.3.2016 and order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceeding in R.C.No.097065/A.P.II(3) / 2016 dated 13.8.2017 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to award all service and monetary benefits to the petitioner within time stipulated by this court.
