The limited prayer sought for in the present civil revision petition is to direct the District Munsif Court, Hosur to dispose of the O.S.No.65 of 2007 within a stipulated period of time.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the suit is posted for trial in the special list.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Hosur to dispose of the O.S.No.65 of 2007, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
