Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2017, submitted for taking necessary action to pay fair compensation for his land properties acquired to an extent of 12 cents in S.No.1459/2A, and another extent of 650 sq.mtrs.
