PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the fifth respondent by forbearing him from investigating the loan dispute, in support of the sixth respondent/money lender, for want of source of power to investigate the complaint of civil dispute in file No.C.No.32/DCB/VLR/2018, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2018.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the fifth respondent by forbearing him from investigating the loan dispute, in support of the sixth respondent/money lender, for want of source of power to investigate the complaint of civil dispute in file No.C.No.32/DCB/VLR/2018, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the fifth respondent has already conducted an enquiry in C.No.32/DCB/VLR/2018 and the complaint itself has been closed on 20.12.2018.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition except recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
