ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2018

sent through registered post and to take both the legal and departmental auctions against the respondents 5, 6 & 7 herein to stop the further monetary loss to the Government in further and conduct an open auction against the Shop Nos.1, 2 and 3 by named Periyar Nal Angadi situated in Kuththarakkarai Salai, Kollidam Town and Union, Sirkali Taluk, Nagappattinam District through the respondents 2 to 4 herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. He further submitted that the petitioner may be granted liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondents concerned in case of any grievance.

4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondents in regard to the subject issue, if required in future. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
