Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent herein to consider petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2018 requesting to call for fresh tender applications relating to notification No.20/VLRCLE/2018-19 issued calling for tender applications for constructing Government Higher Secondary School buildings at Devichettykuppam Village, and Cholavaram Village, Vellore District due to irregularities being committed and for non compliance of norms issued in the said notification.
