This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to approve the admission of the petitioners in the Post Graduate Courses in which the petitioners admitted in the academic year 2018-19 in 5th respondent College and to allow the petitioners to participate in the first Semester Practical and Theory Examination to be conducted by the 3rd respondent University. 2.

Heard Mr.P.Wilson, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, Mr.V.Kadhirvelu, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, Mr.A.Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the Respondents 3 and 4 and Mr.G.Sankaran, learned Counsel appearing for the 5th respondent College.

Since the issue in dispute in this Writ Petition has already been decided by this Court in the connected Writ Petition in W.P.No.32945/2018 filed by the 5th respondent herein, namely, The Chairman, Sri Nandhanam College of Engineering and Technology, Molagarampatti, Tiruppattur-635 601, Vellore District. by an order dated 18.12.2018, the present Writ Petition is not at all maintainable.

In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
