This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the MC.No.516 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court-I, Chennai and transfer the same to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that during pendency of this petition, the matter has been amicably settled and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3 In view of the submission made by the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
