This Petition is filed to transfer the case in Cr.No.13 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police and transfer the same to the Crime Branch CID of Chennai or any other Special Investigation Team and direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the 1 st respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on completion of investigation in Cr.No.13 of 2018, charge sheet is filed and the case was taken up for trial in Spl.S.C.No.65 of 2018 by the learned Mahila Court, Tiruvallur. He further submitted that now the trial in this case has been completed and the case is posted for arguments today, i.e., on 11.08.2025 before the trial court.
