Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to give suitable direction to the respondents 5 & 6 to conclude the on going renovation in the 6th respondent temple in time bound manner and further direction to conduct 'Maha Kumbabishegam' to the sixth respondent temple by considering petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2013. ORDER
The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent to give suitable direction to the respondents 5 & 6 to conclude the on-going renovation in the sixth respondent temple in a time bound manner and to conduct 'Maha Kumbabishegam' by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2013.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the authority concerned with a fresh representation and on such approach, the same may be directed to be disposed of, by the authority concerned, on merits, within a time frame to be stipulated by this court.
3.The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has no serious objection for granting such relief to the petitioner.
4.In view of the limited relief sought herein, this writ petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation indicating all grievances with supportive documents to the authority concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the authority concerned shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) weeks thereafter. No costs.
