ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent hotel based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2018.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent has been running the hotel in an unhygienic manner which poses serious health hazard to the local residents.

3. Earlier notice was ordered to the respondents. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the 3rd respondent himself had closed the hotel business and vacated the premises on 03.01.2019.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Addl. Government Pleader that the 3rd respondent himself had closed down his hotel business and vacated the premises on 03.01.2019, no further adjudication is required in this matter and the writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs.
