O R D E R

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.325 of 2017 pending on the file of the Hon'ble Principle Sub-Court, Tiruchirapalli to the file of Sub Court, Uthangarai.

2. Respondent and petitioner are husband and wife. Respondent/husband filed a petition for divorce in H.M.O.P.No.325 of 2017 before the Sub Court, Tiruchirapalli. The petitioner/wife is a resident of Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

3. The petitioner/wife states that she is unable to travel alone for nearly six hours from Krishnagiri to Tiruchirapali to attend the cases. Therefore, she seeks transfer of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.325 of 2017 to Sub Court, Uthangarai.

4. The pleadings in H.M.O.P.No.325 of 2017 filed by the respondent/husband reveals that the address of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

wife falls within the jurisdiction of Krishnagiri District. Further the divorce is sought for on medical grounds. Considering the physical hardship caused to the wife by travelling from Krishnagiri to Tiruchirapalli, this Court is inclined to transfer the case from Tiruchirapalli to Uthangarai.

5. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.325 of 2017 pending on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tiruchirapalli is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Uthangarai.
