This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur, Chennai, with appropriate order or orders directing the Judicial Magistrate to expeditiously dispose the case pending before her in CMP.No.6548 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur, Chennai, to dispose of the C.M.P.No.6548 of 2018 in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in W.P.(MD)Nos.19936 of 2017 etc., dated.29.10.2018, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
