Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition for effecting substituted service of notice on respondents 2 and 3, this petition is allowed.

The petitioner is directed to effect paper publication in one issue of Tamil daily "Dina Malar" having wide circulation in the area where the respondents 2 and 3 are residing mentioning the date of hearing as 10.01.2019.
