This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to furnish the copies of documents as requested by the petitioner through his deposition dated 16.10.2018 which is under custody of the 2nd respondent to the petitioner.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the 1st respondent to furnish the copies of documents as requested by the petitioner through his deposition dated 16.10.2018, which is under custody of the 2nd respondent to the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the documents sought for by the writ petitioner had already been furnished and certain documents are confidential and the writ petitioner shall be allowed to peruse the same.

3. It is needless to state that the writ petitioner is entitled to get the documents and in respect of the documents, which all are confidential, he may peruse the same, for the purpose of defending his case in the manner known to law. In view of the fact that the documents had already been furnished to the writ petitioner and in respect of remaining documents, he would be allowed to peruse the documents at the time of conducting enquiry. No further adjudication is required on the grounds raised in the present writ petition, as the grievance of the writ petitioner has been redressed.
