S.A.No.840 of 2019 and C.R.P.Nos.495 and 496 of 2019 K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI,J., M/s.Babu Rangasamy Associates undertakes to file vakalat for R2 in S.A.No.840 of 2019 and R5 in C.R.P.Nos.495 &496 of 2019 2.Memo dated 31.10.2025 has been filed stating that R4 has died and her legal heirs are already on record as R1 to R3 & R5 in both the C.R.Ps and the said memo is recorded.

3.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in both C.R.Ps.
