By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action for removal of the third respondent as Hereditary Trustee from Sri Vedanarayana Perumal Temple, Melvalayamadevi P.O., Bhuvanagiri Taluk, Cuddalore District, based on his representation dated 09.11.2018.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 09.11.2018 to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking to take action for removal of the third respondent as Hereditary Trustee from Sri Vedanarayana Perumal Temple, Melvalayamadevi P.O., Bhuvanagiri Taluk, Cuddalore District and consequently to appoint an Executive Officer or Thakkar for the said temple, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents 1 and 2. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

Heard Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation 09.11.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, the third respondent herein as well as any of the interested parties and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
