Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure to issue direction to the 2nd respondent to issue a non-traceable certificate to enable the petitioner to obtain a duplicate Sale Deed in respect of the missing Sale Deed dated 11.09.2007 registered as Document Number 2980 of 2007 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Uthukuli, Tirupur District after considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2018 in accordance with law expeditiously within a time frame as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue a non-traceable certificate to enable the petitioner to obtain a duplicate Sale Deed in respect of the missing Sale Deed dated 11.09.2007 registered as Document Number 2980 of 2007 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Uthukuli, Tirupur District after considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2018 in accordance with law, expeditiously within a time frame as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's original sale deed bearing Document Number 2980 of 2007 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Uthukuli, Tirupur District was lost and went missing. Hence, he preferred a complaint on 28.11.2018 before the respondents.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue a non traceable certificate to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
