ORDER
The relief sought for by this petitioner cannot be granted by this Court, since the complaint continues to be at the stage of C.S.R. The petitioner has to take steps to get the F.I.R registered, based on the complaint given by the petitioner. It is seen that till today, no F.I.R has been registered in this case, even though the complaint was given on 07.12.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate action, as per the guidelines given by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, by filing appropriate petition before the learned Magistrate for registration of the FIR. If subsequent to the registration of the FIR, the investigation does not progress, it is always left open to the petitioner to approach this Court seeking for change of investigation or monitoring the investigation by a higher authority
