ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner and her family members who are allegedly threatened by respondents 4 to 18.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner can appear in person before the 3rd

respondent and give a complaint and the 3rd respondent will take action on the complaint in accordance with law. The present representation has only been sent by post by the petitioner to the third respondent.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint before the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent shall enquire the same and take action in accordance with law.
