Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in BCDFGISSSV No.1040 of 2018 dated 14.11.2018 and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to produce the detenu Isac S/o Devakumar, aged about 31 years, petitioner's son now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
