CRPs Prayer: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in M.P.No.283 and 284 of 2018 respectively in R.C.O.P.No.25 of 2015 by the Learned Principal District Munsif At Alandur, dated 03.11.2018.
For Petitioner : Mr.R.Sreerangan in both C.R.Ps For respondents : Mr.G.Vijayakumar in both C.R.Ps C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 03.11.2018 made in M.P.No.283 and 284 of 2018 respectively in R.C.O.P.No.25 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Alandur.
2. By observing that the petitioner herein was given full opportunity to cross examine the P.W-1 and that the arguments were also advanced by both sides, the trial Court held that the present applications have been filed only to drag on the proceedings when the cases were posted for reply arguments.
3. When the petitioner has already been given the opportunity and he has also chosen to argue the cases, the present applications filed to re-call P.W-1 for further evidence and to re-open the cross examination of P.W-1 can only be termed to be belated.
4. As such, I do not find any infirmity in the orders passed by the Court below.
