ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents police not to harass the petitioner.

2. The petitioner filed a petition for anticipatory bail before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21132 of 2018 and this Court by an order dated 14.09.2018, closed the petition based on the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the respondents police have already enquired the petition and the same has been closed. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even subsequently, the respondent police is calling the petitioner for enquiry and harassing him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The respondent police having already conducted an enquiry and closed the same, cannot harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above direction.
