This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to direct the respondent Police to register a case against R.Gokul, S/o.Rukmandhan and 7 others on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 14.12.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
