This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate No.III, Saidapet, Chennai, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.109 of 2014.

Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate No.III, Saidapet, Chennai, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.109 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
