O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is seeking directions to respondent nos.1 and 2 to demolish the unauthorised/illegal construction made by respondent nos.3 and 4 at site No.B-16, Nanjappa Nagar, Boyampalayam, Pooluvapatti (Post), P.N.Road, Tiruppur. The petitioner has also preferred a representation to respondent nos.1 and 2, i.e., Commissioner, Corporation of Tiruppur and District Collector, Tiruppur District, in relation to demolition of the unauthorised/illegal construction by respondent nos.3 and 4.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2, state that the unauthorised/illegal construction has been demolished. Mr.R.Sudhakar, learned counsel is appearing on behalf of respondent nos.3 and 4 and undertakes to file vakalat and also states that the unauthorised/illegal construction has been demolished. This fact is also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In this view of the matter, nothing survives in this writ petition and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.40264 of 2018 is also dismissed.
