On 28.06.2019, this Court passed the following order : "Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was ready to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- before the trial Court, but the advocate appearing before the trial Court informed her that the amount cannot be deposited on account of boycott of Court. In order to show her bona fide, she produced a Demand Draft of Rs.1,00,000/-.

2.In Family Courts, there is no question of boycott of Court by advocates. Accepting the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, extension of time for two weeks is granted for complying with the order passed by this Court on 14.06.2019. 3.Post the matter for reporting compliance on 12.07.2019." 2.Today, the petitioner has filed a compliance affidavit in which, it is stated that the petitioner has complied with the order dated 28.06.2019 and has deposited Rs.1,00,000/- vide receipt No.0029029 dated 02.07.2019 before the Family Court, Vellore.

3.In view of the above, the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the revision petition, if it is otherwise in order. 12.07.2019 gya http://www.judis.nic.in
