[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body or the person namely Banupriya, female, aged about 27 years, now under the illegal custody of the respondents 3 to 5, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner and the detenue are present before us.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue has been secured and she is with the petitioner. Thus, no further orders are required to be passed. This factum is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
