This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to take immediate steps to remove the mutton stall put by the third respondent in accordance with Na.Ka.No.F3/007930/2018 dated 23.11.2018 seal the premises within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to take immediate steps to remove the mutton stall put by the third respondent in accordance with Na.Ka.No.F3/007930/2018 dated 23.11.2018 seal the premises within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous since the third respondent has removed the mutton stall put by him opposite to the petitioner's house.

3. In view of the submission made by the petitioner's counsel, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and therefore, the same is dismissed as infructuous by this Court.
