ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for speedy disposal of E.A.No.449 of 2004 in E.P.No.166 of 1999 in O.S.No.286 of 1997 on the file of the Sub Judge, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter was listed on 04.01.2019, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 08.01.2019. Even today i.e. 24.06.2021, when the matter is listed under the caption for "Adjourned Admission", the learned counsel for the petitioner again sought for adjournment.

3. In view of the above, it clearly shows that the learned counsel for the petitioner has no interest in proceeding with the case further. Further, the Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past three years, without even admitting the same or ordering notice. Therefore, the Sub Judge, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of E.A.No.449 of 2004 in E.P.No.166 of 1999 in O.S.No.286 of 1997, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if already not disposed of.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
