This matter is taken up for hearing through Video-Conferencing. Ms.B.Rama, learned counsel appearing for M/s. D.S.Ramesh, for the petitioner would submit that she has been instructed to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. Hence she seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to move the appropriate Court.
