ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to return the two bullocks belonging to the petitioner, which was seized by the respondent police in Crime No.715 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that C.M.P.No.5990 of 2018 has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu, for return of the property. However, the same has been returned by the Court below. Aggrieved by the same, the present petition has been filed before this Court.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to represent the petition in C.M.P.No.5990 of 2018 before the Court below and the Court below shall consider the same, in the light of the guidelines given by the decision of the Division Bench of this Court made in W.P. (MD) No 19936 of 2017 , etc., in the case of Gandhi and others dated 29.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
