Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call upon the production of the records relating to the detention order Memo No.BCDFGISSSV 36/2018, dated 03.12.2018 passed by the second respondent under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue Anandan son of Marimuthu, male aged 34 years now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal before this Court and set the detenue Anandan son of Marimuthu, male aged 34 years at libety.
