ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to stay of all further proceedings sequel to Judgment and Decree passed in OS.No.11833 of 2010 passed by the III Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, pending disposal of the Appeal.

2. This Court by its order dated 03.01.2019 has granted interim stay of recovery of possession alone until furtther orders.

3. It is seen from the records that service has been completed in the appeal and the main appeal is ripe for final hearing. Accordingly, the stay granted is made absolute and accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
