DURAIKANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by order dated 06.12.2018 in M.P.No.988 of 2018 in Na.Ka.En.15/Nir.Sa.Ndu.Ka.Dhu/Pu.Tho.Ma, by the learned Executive Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner of Police, St., Thomas Mount, Chennai, and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above criminal revision.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the substantive sentence of imprisonment alone is suspended and the petitioner is released on bail on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur. Further, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
